Shipping policy

All orders are packed at the studio and use a third-party carrier for shipping (FedEx, USPS, UPS). For orders on the website, the processing time is between 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary by destination. Tracking will be provided once the item has shipped. For Custom commissions, production time is between 2-7 weeks. Please allow time for production and one-to-one communication before the product is shipped. The same rules above apply.
