Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
All products included on the website are handmade and sold individually as pieces. Due to the nature of handmade work, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged. If so, please see the information above or email contact@by04studio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue to get it resolved as soon as possible. Custom commissions are products with an agreed-upon price before production with a 50% deposit; therefore, after receiving the product, there is no refunds.
